Sign-up opens for black Catholic sessions

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Registration for the Institute for Black Catholic Studies has begun and will continue through March 15.
The institute provides instruction for clergy and laypersons working in the black Catholic community.
It convenes each summer at Xavier University. This year the institute is planned for June 22-July 14.
