SHREVEPORT, La. (AP) - A Caddo Parish grand jury has returned a second-degree murder indictment against a Shreveport man.
33-year-old Frederick Gipson also faces three counts of obstruction of justice and attempted distribution of Controlled Dangerous Substance Schedule I in connection with the May killing of 20-year-old Buford Johnson.
