Sheriff's Deputies Gets the Dealers and the Buyers

COVINGTON, La. (AP) - The St. Tammany Parish Narcotics Task
Force arrested two men and seized narcotics and money - then they
got down to business.
Officers arrested Alfred Treadwell and Jessie Brown at
Treadwellpo house Wednesday, and found a variety of narcotics they
say belonged to Treadwell. After taking the two men into custody,
the agents then opened up shop themselves. They assumed the role of
"drug dealers," selling facsimile cocaine to a number of people
who approached the house looking to buy drugs.
By midnight Wednesday, authorities say nine others were arrested
for buying what they thought was crack cocaine. Three vehicles were
also seized during the operation.
