Shaqueta McDade, the Rayne woman whose four children died in a mobile home fire while she was out at a nightclub, changed her plea again to no contest on four counts of negligent homicide.
McDade originally pleaded no contest in December 2013 and was scheduled to be sentenced in June, but she withdrew her plea the week of the sentencing and pleaded not guilty instead.
She was supposed to face trial before a judge this week, but she recently changed her plea to no contest again.
McDade was arrested in April 2012 after a fire at her mobile home. Four of her children, all of whom were under the age of eight, died in the blaze. Her oldest child was not home at the time of the fire.
Her sentencing is set for Tuesday.
