The motions hearing and trial for Seth Fontenot has been pushed back to two days.
According to court officials, the proceedings, which were scheduled to take place today, will now happen Thursday at 9 a.m. Officials say the motions hearing will take place at that time. If possible, the trial will begin immediately after.
Fontenot is charged with first-degree murder in the February shooting death of 15-year-old Austin Rivault. Fontenot is also charged with attempted first-degree murder of two other teens in connection with the same shooting.
