This upsets me more than anything in the world. As a friend of the mother, the allegations against her are bogus and uncalled for. To have the hospital tell you there is no need for an autopsy then have the sheriff's department tell you you can't have a burial for your child is the most heartbreaking moment to this caring mother. I am applaud that someone could falsely claim child abuse without any evidence of such act. Also to report on this story the way it has been is a disgrace, I hope once this is all cleared that it will also be reported on. Shame on all who had any part of this without any knowledge when the family and friends are still greving.
Couldnt have said it better. I hope that all the false allegations will be cleared up quickly,and the person whom falseifed this infomation will suffer the consequences of slander! So that this baby who looked so peaceful tonight can finally lay at rest!!
As the mother of a friend of the family...I find it very upsetting that this story was reported in the manner that it was. I realize that, to get ratings...this and all stations, like to sinsationalize stories. However, it is cruel to report details that are false. This family is grieving the lost of a child...have a little compassion! Wouldn't you want the media to show respect for your grief,if this were your family? I know I would. Lets all say a prayer for this family...that they have the strength to get through this terrible tragedy...and that the truth will be reported!
As a friend of the family, I too would like to confirm that these allegations are false. Its a shame that no action is taken when people file complaints on real issues (i.e. drug deals in certain neighborhoods, teenage drinking, prostitution), but a false complaint like this gets attention. I guess you have to be the right kind of person to file a complaint to see any results. My prayers are with the family.
