Senator Perry Named to Basin Oversight Committee

An Acadiana state senator has been named to the Atchafalaya Basin Program Oversite Committee. Jonathan Perry was appointed to the panel by Senate President John Alario. The committee monitors, reviews, and makes recommendations relative to the Atchafalaya Basin Program in the Deparatment of Natural Resources. Perry, an Abbeville resident, represents District 26, which covers all of Vermilion Parish and parts of Acadia, Lafayette, and St. Landry Parishes.
