Second Wounded Deputy Released from Hospital

The second deputy wounded during a shooting Saturday in Charenton has been released from a hospital. Deputy Matthew Strickland was released Wednesday. Strickland visited the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office to see his co-workers shortly after he was discharged. Fellow deputy Jason Javier, who was also shot in the incident, was released from a hospital on Tuesday.
