Second suspect wanted in cell phone robbery

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for help in finding 21-year-old Christopher Dwayne Woods. Woods is accused of hitting a man then stealing his cell phone as he walked on Delmar Rd. He's wanted for 1st degree robbery and simple battery. Woods was with another man, 19 year old Vincent A. Thomas, Jr., and was arrested Wednesday, according to sheriff's officer spokesperson Traci Landry.
Woods lives in Morgan City but frequents the Bayou Vista area. Anyone who may have information on his whereabouts may contact the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Detectives Division at 985-384-1622 or 337-828-1960.
