A second person has been arrested in connection with a murder in St. Martin Parish. Nathaniel Washington is in a Baton Rouge jail on unrelated charges, but police say he will be transferred to Breaux Bridge to face charges of principal to second-degree murder. He is accused of taking part in the October murder of Joseph Jean-Batiste. Earlier Thursday, Frank Demouchet was booked on murder charges in connection with the case. Breaux Bridge police say more arrests are expected in this case.
