After a warmer and wetter than normal start to February, Acadiana's temperatures will be more reflective of normal this week with rain chances remaining slight.
A few sprinkles will be possible early Tuesday, otherwise expect mostly cloudy skies with a few intervals of sun accompanied by seasonably mild temperatures in the mid-60s.
Another surge of high pressure Wednesday will allow for mostly sunny and slightly cooler conditions into Thursday.
A relative weak disturbance may generate more clouds and a few showers Friday into Saturday but rain chances should stay 30% or less this period.
Outside of possibly a few showers early Saturday the upcoming weekend should be seasonably cool and mostly dry.
