Search for Fugitive Continues in St. Martin Parish

In St. Martin Parish, the search continues for Paul Collins Jr., who escaped from the parish jail Tuesday morning.
Deputies along with law enforcement from a number of other agencies are canvassing the streets of St. Martinville and the parish for the fugitive, who was in jail for allegedly killing his estranged wife back in July.
Collins was also on the run back in July when he led authorities in Iberia Parish on a 24 hour manhunt in a sugar cane field.
Collins should be considered dangerous, anyone who sees him is urged to call 911.
