School board members say they are "not guilty'

Both St. Landry Parish school board members have pleaded not guilty in federal court today. John Miller and Quincy Richard are accused of extorting money from Interim Superintendent Joseph Cassimere in exchange for their vote in the superintendent election. Both men are not considered flight risks, so they will be allowed to go home as they wait for their court dates.
