Two St. Landry Parish School Board members will make their first court appearance tomorrow. John Miller and Quincy Richard Senior are accused of extorting money from interim Superintendent Joseph Cassimere in exchange for their vote in the superintendent election. The two men were targets in an FBI sting. Miller and Richard allegedly took 5-thousand dollars from Cassimere. Cassimere assisted the FBI in the sting.
