Ruston Man Charged with Computer Aided Solicitation of Minor

A Ruston man is in the St. Mary Parish Jail for allegedly having a sexually explicit conversation with a police decoy. Detectives say 27-year-old Milap Dhakal made contact online with an officer posing as a minor. They say Dhakal exposed himself and performed sexual acts on webcam. Dhakal is charged with indecent behavior with juveniles, computer aided solicitation of minors, and attempted possession of child pornography.
