Robbery suspect turns himself in

A robbery suspect has turned himself in to Lafayette Police. Lonnie Poydras was wanted for robbing a business in the 100 block of Arnould Blvd Friday afternoon around 3:50, Cpl. Paul Mouton said. He turned himself in around 12:30 this morning and is charged with first degree robbery. According to police, Poydras got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
