Road Closed due to Weather

Weather is being blamed for an unexpected road closure this morning.

Bill Fontenot with the department of transportation and development says E-Broussard Road, between Robley Drive and the entrance to Stone-Haven subdivision, which is Raymon Street, is now closed .

This weeks rain washed part of the road away, that part was under construction. Repairs are being made and the road is expected to open this afternoon.
