Retired archbishop may get out of hospital

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans Archbishop Gregory Aymond says retired Archbishop Philip Hannan is expected to be moved from a hospital to a skilled nursing facility.
The 97-year-old Hannan was hospitalized Dec. 19 because of shortness of breath, after more than a week in bed because of pneumonia.
Aymond says Hannan was resting comfortably Monday, and was expected to leave the hospital later in the day.
He has been living in Covington.
