First up on this weeks list is Carrabba's Italian Grill located at 2010 Kaliste Saloom Road.
Their last inspection was September 28th and health inspectors found 9 total violation 4 critical.
In the kitchen's line cooler health inspectors say raw meat was not separated from food ready to go out to the dining room.
Also in the cooler they say raw meats were not separated to prevent cross contamination.
Lastly food contact surfaces and utensils were not clean to sight or touch.
Next up is Tokyo Live located at 1601 West Pinhook, their last inspection was October 9th.
Health inspectors found 36 total violations--nine critical.
Inspectors say they found employees not washing their hands, and raw meats were not separated to prevent cross contamination.
Finally this week is Blue Dog Cafe located at 1211 West Pinhook.
Their last inspection was November 3rd and inspectors found no critical violations.
Making Blue Dog Cafe this weeks C'est Bon Restaurant Award winner.
All violations from Carrabba's were corrected that same day the inspector came.
Tokyo Live had a reinspection, where their violations were corrected.
Both are in good status with the Department of Health and Hospitals.
