Residents reminded saggy pants and loud music are against the law

Signs are going up in Ville Platte reminding residents low hanging pants and loud music will not be tolerated. Both are against the law. Fifty signs will be installed throughout the city, and KATC's Steven Albritton talks to residents and the mayor at 5 and 6.
