Reguladores Toys for Tots Drive

Many organizations are bracing for a hit this holiday season.
A U.S. Census Bureau report shows that the poverty level has increased.
More than 16 million children are living in Poverty.
This issue not only effects demand but also the ability to give.
However, in Acadiana many organizations are trying to offset this national issue.
In Sunset, local motorcycle club, Reguladores hosted a Toys for Tots drive.
Since early Saturday morning people have been coming out to donate all kinds of toys.
Last year when they hosted the drive they collected eight boxes of toys.
Volunteers say so far, they're doing even better this year.
They've collected more than double the amount of toys this year than they did last year.
