Register your golf court for Franklin Christmas parade

FRANKLIN, La.-The City of Franklin's Christmas parade and lamp-lighting ceremony will be Thursday, November 29, 2012. Line-up for the parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. on the corner of Jackson and Main Streets. The parade will begin at 6 p.m., rolling along Main Street and ending at the Courthouse Square.

The City of Franklin is inviting the owners of golf carts to participate in the parade again this year. Registration ends Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at 4 p.m. It's free, so register your golf cart and drive it in the parade!
