Rayne Police Arrest Three Suspects In Armed Robbery Case

Chief Carroll Stelly announced that his office is investigating an Armed Robbery and Aggravated Rape that occurred in the early morning on Monday, November 16, 2009 at the Days Inn on the Rayne/Church Point Hwy.
Detectives have made three arrest in the incident.
Officers arrested:
Jacky Andrews Jr.
23 Years of Age
Rayne
Andrews was charged with 1 count of Armed Robbery and 1 count of Aggravated Rape and total bond was set at $500,000 by Rayne City Judge Jim Cunningham.
Jeffery J. Babineaux
20 Years of Age
Rayne

Babineaux was charged with accessory after the fact to Armed Robbery and bond was set at $100,000 by Rayne City Judge Jim Cunningham.
August "Mud" Miller III
21 Years of Age
Rayne
Miller was charged with accessory after the fact to Armed Robbery and bond was set at $50,000 by Rayne City Judge Jim Cunningham.
