Fifteen principals of Jefferson Parish public schools are looking for new jobs.

They were fired under a policy that removes school leaders when their campuses fail to reach academic goals for three years.

School board leaders say 33 principals were in danger of being fired but half of those schools had just enough performance improvements to save their jobs.

What do you think? Should a principal be held responsible for academic performance on their school campus?
