Push in Opelousas to change bar hours

Opelousas Alderman Blair Briggs will reintroduce an amended ordinance that would crack down on businesses that function as a bar after 2 a.m. The call for change comes after a fight, fatal accident and shooting all stemmed from Stallions patrons after 2 a.m. over the weekend.
