Public's assistance needed in locating two men of interest in homicide

The Crowley Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating two men of interest regarding the Friday evening homicide.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Jacobs Ave and Hutchinson Ave. An unknown suspect, shot and killed Greginald Jones, 33 of Crowley. Motive for the killing is unknown at this time.

Police say, they are searching for Marlon Mott and Ryan Babineaux.

Marlon Mott, 29 of Crowley is described as a black male, 5'7" in height, weighing 150 pounds. He has short black hair, medium build and a medium complexion. His last known address is 614 West 3rd Street in Crowley.

Ryan Babineaux, 26 of Crowley is described as a black male, 5'8" in height, weighing 150 pounds. He has short black hair, medium build, and medium complexion. His last known address is 1102 West 5th Street in Crowley.

These individuals are persons of interest only at this time.
