Power plant fire; most of Morgan City without power

No one was injured when an explosion happened at the power plant in Morgan City around 6:00. An electrical grid caught fire and caused an explosion, sais Morgan City Police Capt. Mike Marino. All employees were evacuated, and the area of Railroad Ave. and Myrtle St. is blocked off. The majority of the city is without power. Firefighters are on the scene.
