A new survey says Governor Bobby Jindal's approval rating has fallen sharply since last fall. The Southern Media Opinion and Research poll says Jindal's approval rating now stands at 38%. Southern Media Opinion and Research says that the poll was conducted by phoning 600 Louisiana residents at random over a two-day period. The margin of error is +/-4%
