Political Hall of Fame in Winnfield to enshrine 6

WINNFIELD, La. (AP) - A long-time mayor of Pineville and five others will be inducted into the Louisiana Political Museum's Hall of Fame in Winnfield later this month.
The late Fred Baden, who served as mayor of Pineville for 28 years, will be posthumously inducted on Jan. 28.
The other inductees, including the late Town Talk editor and columnist Adras LaBorde.
In addition to Baden and Laborde, inductees are the late F. Edward Hebert; E.L. "Bubba" Henry; Jerry Huckaby; and Billy "Coach" Montgomery.
The Town Talk reports that Allen "Al" Harris, who played in the Jimmie Davis Band, will receive the Friends of Jimmie Davis Award at the ceremonies.
