Police have made an arrest in the murder of a New Iberia man outside of a Lafayette Taco Bell. Detectives arrested 18-year old Kentrell James Morrison Tuesday and charged him with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder. Police say Morrison was identified as the shooter in the early Sunday attack. Frederick Joseph, III, was killed. Another victim was wounded in the attack. He has since been treated and released from a local hospital. The case remains under investigation.
