Police Investigate Armed Robbery at Autozone

On June 13, 2012 at 8:42 pm, Lafayette Police responded to an armed robbery at Autozone located 2403 W. Pinhook Road. An employee advised officers that two suspects entered the business, produced handguns, and demanded money. The suspects then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

Lafayette Police are asking anyone with information about the incident or the identity of the suspects to call the Lafayette Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.

Suspect #1: black male, approximately 5' 7", 200 Lbs, wearing black pants, black long sleeve shirt, and black hat.

Suspect #2: black male, approximately 6' 0", 200 Lbs, wearing black shorts, grey shirt, and blue hat.
