Tomorrow, Cajun Groundhog Pierre C. Shadeaux will let us know what kind of weather is in store. Shadeaux, a nutria delivered by the state Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, is preparing for his weather prediction at 7:30 Saturday morning at Bouligny Plaza in New Iberia. If he sees his shadow, you can expect a shorter spring and extended summer. If he doesn't see his shadow, you can expect a longer spring and a slow return to summer heat.
