The Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office received two calls today regarding threats at Jeanerette High School.
According to spokesman Capt. Ryan Turner, the first caller said there was someone carrying a gun on campus. He said a second call threatened that a bomb was on campus.
Turner said fire officials and deputies checked the school, but no devices or weapons were found. The school was declared clear Tuesday morning.
Turner said deputies are continuing to investigate the calls.
