MONROE, La. (AP) - The Greyhound bus station in Monroe was evacuated for a time after two robbery suspects tried to escape police there.
Monroe police told the News-Star that two suspects robbed a beauty supply store Wednesday, before fleeing to the bus station.
One surrendered as soon as police arrived, but the other eluded police, who evacuated the station and sent in a SWAT team.
