Crowley Police Narcotics Agents arrested two Crowley residents after the search of a Jacobs Avenue residence led to the recovery of illegal narcotics.
A search warrant was obtained for the residence of 516 Jacobs Ave. According to Chief K.P. Gibson, during the search agents recovered marijuana, codeine and cocaine. The search also revealed that crack cocaine was being manufactured inside of the residence, stated Gibson.
Crowley Police arrested Desirae T. Williams, 27 of Crowley and Stephen O. Bernard, 28 of Crowley. Both have been charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Codeine, Manufacturing Crack Cocaine, Monies Derived from Drug Proceeds and Illegal Possession of a firearm in the Presence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
Both have been booked in to the Acadia Parish Jail.
