Opelousas man charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile

An Opleousas man, Willard J. Rideau, 20, is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl and is charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. "During an interview with the juvenile information was obtained that physical contact happened on at least two separate incidents," Opleousas Police spokesperson Sgt. Jody White said. Rideau told investigators he was unaware of the girl's age.
