NYPD officer gives boots to homeless man

An Arizona woman captures a moment between a NYPD officer an a shoe-less, homeless man. The officer said, ‘I have these size 12 boots for you, they are all-weather. Let's put them on and take care of you.' The officer squatted down on the ground and proceeded to put socks and the new boots on this man. The officer is now shocked by all the attention because he didn't even realize the tourist took his photo. Here's a link to the full NY Times article.
