On March 23rd eggs will fall from the sky at Comeaux High School as Nouvelle Church hosts the 2nd annual Helicopter Easter Egg Drop. A helicopter will drop eggs onto the fields and children will have the opportunity to hunt 15,000 plastic Easter eggs on the soccer fields.
This free event will begin at 11 am with registration and the egg drops will begin at 12:15 pm. Children will be split by age onto four separate fields. Once the eggs are on the field, children, age two through 5th grade, will be able to hunt for eggs in their designated age area. After all the eggs are found, the kids will take them to an area to redeem them for candy.
There will be food vendors at the event selling a variety of lunches and snacks. Fun Jumps will be available to the kids for free.
We will give out several prizes throughout the day including $50 Wal-Mart gift cards.
Visit www.nouvellechurch.com/events to pre-register kids in order to save time on the day of the Egg Drop.
"Nouvelle Church is excited to bring this free family event back again. Families had a great time last year and we are committed to serving the community.", says Dale Hoffpauir, Pastor of Nouvelle Church.
