LAKE CHARLES, La. (AP) - After 15 minutes of deliberation, a Lake Charles jury found Seth Arceneaux not guilty of starting the blaze that destroyed Millennium Park in January 2011.

Millennium Park, a wooden playground built by volunteers, burned in the early morning of Jan. 9, 2011. It has since been rebuilt, again through volunteer labor.

The American Press reports the 18-year-old Arceneaux testified Tuesday that he did not start the fire.

The prosecution called four witnesses, two of whom were acquaintances of the defendant. The acquaintances said Arceneaux told them he started the fire.
