BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - A New Orleans man has been arrested on a charge of pornography involving juveniles.
Attorney General Buddy Caldwell says 30-year-old Daniel R. Ponder was arrested earlier this week as part of a joint investigation involving his office's High Technology Crime Unit, Homeland Security Investigations, Baton Rouge City Constable's Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Ponder is accused of violating a state law that forbids a person to produce, distribute, possess, or possess with the intent to distribute pornography involving juveniles. He's being held in the Orleans Parish jail.
