Lafayette Consolidated Government's Neighborhood Pride Program is working directly with 5 other neighborhood organizations to enhance the environment of older neighborhoods in the "Community Development Block Grant Target Area". With in this area home owners who meet specific income requirements can be offered services such as:
* Painting Assistance (house preparation, paint supplies)
* Storm Door Installation
* Window Screen Installation
* Fire Safety Equipment (smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers)
* Handrail Installation
* Exterior Door Installation
* Street Address Numbering
