State police say the owner of the well that exploded near Intracoastal City this morning is PSI Midstream. The explosion remains under investigation. The explosion and fire resulted in an evacuation for people within a half-mile radius of the facility and the closure of two local roads. Those roads have since been reopened, and the evacuation has since been lifted.
