This past December, UL Professor Dr. David Greenway suffered a stroke while on a cruise with his family. Greenway was never able to recover and sadly died in March. His family accrued outrageous hospital bills and are now struggling with the financial aftermath. Friends and family are holding this benefit in honor of his life and to help raise a little money for his family.
Dr. Greenway was an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for 17 years, taught numerous courses and thousands of students. Dr. Greenway also served his community, had a private practice and worked at the Joseph H. Tyler, Jr. Mental Health Center.
