PORT ALLEN, La. (AP) - A movie filming Friday in Port Allen needs extras for a county fair scene.

WAFB-TV reports "Pawn Shop Chronicles," featuring Paul Walker, Matt Dillon and Brendan Fraser, will shoot the scene at William and Lee Park beginning at 8 p.m.

The film's producers say those wanting to appear in the movie should wear vintage-looking clothes from the 1950s-1960s in pale, faded shades - tan, cream, pale blue, lavender, green, gray or faded red. No jeans, athletic shoes or anything with a logo will be allowed. Men should wear button-front shirts, either solid, striped or checkered, while women should wear sun dresses or shift dresses - nothing form fitting - with simple flat shoes.

The movie is a dark comedy in the vein of "Pulp Fiction" and "The Big Lebowski."
