Movie Filming to Shut Down Roads

Movie filming in Lafayette will affect traffic for the next two weeks. Bullet Films is shooting for the movie "AFF Weather Wars."

Tony Tramel, Director of the Traffic and Transportation Department, announced that portions of the roadways, sidewalks and intersections may be closed to accommodate this Lafayette film initiative.

The areas affected include:
· Jefferson St @ Lee St (intersection) - 9/21/10 - 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (intermittently)
· Rue Bibliotheque (Congress to Lafayette) - 9/26/10 - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
· Jefferson St (Convent to Lee) - 10/4/10 - 7:00 AM -7:00 PM (intermittently)
· E Congress St (Jefferson to Polk) - 10/5/10 - 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
· Vermilion St (Jefferson to Lee) - 10/5/10 - 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (intermittently)
