Motorcycle crash in Rayne

Rayne Police Department responded to an accident on Eastbound Interstate 10 at the Rayne exit Wednesday afternoon.
An 18-wheeler hauling tarps lost one of it's load, which a motorcycle struck, causing the driver to loose control.
The driver of the motorcycle was transported to a nearby hospital with moderate injuries.
The Interstate has been reopened to traffic.
