Mother sees daughter shot to death, encourages women to break cycle of abuse

Hannah Parker's mother, Charlene Tucker, witnessed her daughter being shot to death. Tonight at 5:00 and 6:00, she talks to KATC's Elizabeth Hill and makes pleas to other women in abusive relationships. Her message: there is a way out.
