Most boat ramps open on Red River

ALEXANDRIA, La. (AP) - The Red River Waterway Commission has opened all boat ramps to the public with the exception of the ramp in North Caddo parish. That ramp will be open by Friday.
As water levels continue to fall to normal stages, the commission says additional cleaning and repairs will be necessary to accommodate the launching process.
The Town Talk reports boaters may experience delays in launching caused by temporary closures of the ramps during these periods.
