Dignin, Joseph, W/M, 31 years of age, of 7212 Hwy. 182 # 23 Morgan City, LA. Arrested 07-09-2013, @ 01:41hrs, @ 7212 Hwy. 182 # 23.
Charges: (1) Disturbing the Peace Officers were dispatched to 7212 Hwy. 182 in reference to a subject being intoxicated and knocking on doors there. Officers located Mr. Dignin, who was intoxicated, inside his residence. He was told to remain in his apartment and not cause further disturbances or he would be subject to arrest. About forty minutes later, Officers were dispatched back to the address. Officer spoke with witnesses, who gave statements that Mr. Dignin was yelling at and threatening them. Based on the statements from witnesses, Mr. Dignin was placed under arrest and transported to MCPD for booking on the above charge.
Bond: $292.00. Subject remains incarcerated.
Harris, Anthony, B/M, 17 years of age, of 219 West Side Trailer Park Amelia, LA. Arrested 07-09-2013, @ 16:00hrs, @ Morgan City Court. Charges: (1) Warrant for Probation Violation. Subject was brought to MCPD from Morgan City Court under arrest on the above charge. Subject was booked into the jail.
Bond: $1,000.00. Subject posted bond.
Kiff, Kenneth, @/M, 26 years of age, of 1038 Red Cypress Road, Patterson, LA. Arrested 07-09-2013, @ 16:00hrs, @ Morgan City Court. Charges: (1) Direct Contempt of Court. Subject was brought to MCPD from Morgan City Court under arrest. Mr. Kiff violated Court Orders by reporting to serve weekend jail time under the influence. He was booked into the jail. Bond: $1,000.00. Subject remains incarcerated.
Jones, Chanedra, 26 years of age, of 1409 First St.
Patterson, LA. Arrested 07-09-2013, @ 21:24hrs, @ Patterson Police Department. Charges: (1) Warrant for Felony Simple Criminal Damage to Property (over $500 less than $50,000). Patterson Police Department arrested Ms. Jones on the warrant for MCPD. Officers transported Ms. Jones to MCPD for booking on that warrant. The warrant issued after an incident on March 18, 2013, where the front and rear glass had been broken out of a vehicle, and all four tires had been flattened. The victim in that incident filed the charge against Ms. Jones. Bond: $2,500.00.
