Morgan City Man Arrested in Connection with Vehicle Crash

The Morgan City Police Department arrested an individual in connection with a stolen vehicle which was involved in a fatal crash in the Gibson area on October 4, 2009. Arrested on October 5, 2009 at 4:04pm was Terry Wilson Joseph, 34years of age, of Bowman St. Morgan City. Joseph was charged with one count of Unauthorized Use Of A Movable. Investigators believe that Joseph had taken the vehicle without permission to the Houma area and checked into a hotel with a female companion. It is believed that the female subject then took the vehicle from Joseph while he slept. All information gathered will be turned over to Louisiana State Police and Terrebone Parish Authorities for additional followup. Joseph was booked into the City jail with no bond set as of yet.
